I keep hearing "Take Care of Yourself" repeatedly and very clearly.
There are many "unwell" people in my life - mostly health issues. This week, every time I have prepared to pray for them, I have been stopped. When I have asked, "If I'm not supposed to do prayer work on these people, then what am I supposed to do?"
"Take Care of Yourself." "Prepare Yourself."
